We don’t set up camp in your home and run up a handyman invoice, we avoid this conflict of interest.  Other caretakers loiter in the home and next thing you know you’re receiving a bloated bill for repairs you didn’t even know were necessary. We are your devoted home watch service, and we arrange maintenance and service calls only at your direction.

There is no signage on our vehicles, we do not announce the vacancy of your home with any marked vehicles.  We are discreet in the fact that we are your home watch provider, yet we are visible at your property providing the appearance of activity at your home.
